   The Decision Of Career's Life. 

The Major decision of ones life comes when he/she decides what to do- A Business or A Service.The later decisions of what types of business we should do,In what bulk,etc,etc Or the decision of which company we should apply to do the service comes later on. If our first decision is only wrong then we can not make a very happy or memorable courier.
Literally nobody forces us to opt for a decision which we haven't decided or is completely unknown to us,but in other way the scene of success in other's life,the amount of wealth with our cousion's,the way of living of our relatives forces us to decide our courier which actually we haven't.

Why Many times people fail in their career?

As discussed earlier sometimes we are moved with other's success story and opt for a future in which actually we aren't interested but do just because it would earn us a beautiful salary and help our family and make our father proud and give a golden chance to our mother to boast in front of our relatives and others.
Why we being young fear to take risk and follow our choice,our interest which would if not a 5-6 digit salary will surely earn us a satisfaction which is worth a Million-Dollar.The reason to the unasked question is very clear,'The Fear Of Society'.
We live in such a society where if you after completing your bachelor's degree or higher studies is not earning enough money to support your family, then you are surely a failure.What a concept..just hats-off to these people who thinks like that.This is the very reason for a large percentage of India's students opting for an engineering degree,whether they want or not.If you ask them or their parents why so?-The only answer that would come is,"In engineering our future is secure and we would get a good job with a decent salary". And then if you ask them,'were you really interested in this field'?-Maximum student would say-NO!!!
The story does not ends here,it continues till the uninterested frustrated students after going through a tortured 4 years of uninterested classes,teachings and assignments becomes a Frustrated Engineer.
And that's not the case with everyone,around 30% engineering students from every batch do not get even a low paid jobs because they were actually not interested in that.

Why Business is so under-estimated?

Let me tell you one thing, when i was in my 10th standard my parents told me who were actually in a business that you should keep yourself away from business it's a very tough task with a low return over and that too over a long time.So,I said what about service? They said service is the best thing.No headache, no tension just every morning wear a formal and go to your office,sit on a chair,complete your task and return home and every month without any tension you would get your salary in your bank account.So,simple.
I said, 'Yes it's very simple,but don't you think that doing a service is like a slave working for it's master on a fixed wage named 'salary'?
They were struct and yes service is like working under someones instructions whether you want or not.You would never be able to apply your own ideas or logic to the working of the company,you have to follow what you boss orders you to do.

But in Business you are your own boss.You run the business and formulate it in your own way.You invest and disinvest at times according to your own vision of market trend and your business's returns.So, in short you are the king of your workplace.

Business Men's are Underrated!!!

Yes,you heard it correct,"Business Men's are underrated". Although this is not the case with the big business men's but with medium or small scale business men's.
Let me relate it with an incident when our family was looking for a good man for my sister's marriage,then my sister made it clear that her first choice was a boy doing a decent service in a known and reputed company.When we asked her that what is the problem with the business man then she told that,"Business men's are always busy.They don't take an off even on sunday's.They don't get vacations or leaves like service men's get.And if one is in a good position in a company then they even get a family trip,which a business man will never get and would even not think off because he is busy all round the year,while they may both earn the same amount."
Though my sister may be correct at her point's,but this does not means doing business is an unworthy task.
My sister kept her points just because she was seeing the flexibility in the work of her husband,so taht they get enough time to spend with each other.But she was unknown about the fact that the company has just kept her husband for a signed period of time and when they feel him useless they will take no time to kick him out.However,in business the person is his own master,inwhatever way he performs no one is their to kick him out.

Let's Conclude The benefit's Of Business Over Service

Till now we have discussed following points:

1)Business is one's owned job where he is the king and decide how to run the business.
2)Though the flexibility in terms of time you get in service is less in business but you get security of having a job or simply work forever in your business.
3)The girl's may Prefer a service man,but it is a smart choice to start your own business.
4)And at last your satisfaction is mainly fulfilled by doing your own business and in the way you want.
